phew! I got to find time to update my blog. After school that Friday, lydia came to sleepover for the event. We went for dinner in Shah Alam before going to Giant to buy some groceries. When we were about to order, I asked lydia what does she wants to eat. And she said she's having what I'm having. so okay. i ordered thai fried rice and apparently i forgot to warn her about the spiciness of the dish. She has this problem when she eats a very spicy dish, her face will start to become red and her eyes will start tearing down tears. haha sorry lydia, but the rice was delicious right? but there is seriously something wrong with us cos since we stepped into the car till we came home from Giant, we can't stop talking. There is always something that is need to be told. haha which is fun. :D but kesian la jugak.. her eyes were so red, i actually gave her my drink so that it will return to normal. then in the car, she texted her friend and he actually laughed. after we got back, we took our cotton candy and went upstairs and perform our Isyak prayers. After we're done, the cotton candy look so tempting so the both of us start to eat it slowly while talking. then after what it seems to be an hour, it turns out to be only 15 minutes. Then, farhan called. So we talked till almost 2 in the morning, and the cotton candy was not even finished.
"athirah, lydia, wake up!" oh god. i blame farhan for eye bags. he called 3 times. -.- thanks a lot dude. so both of us got ready for the carnival. When we arrived, both of us realized that we're late. haha sorry, then i started to take pictures of my classmates putting frosting on the cupcakes, arranging our goodies at the stall given. Then i went around the school to see what the others had done for their classes. Some are awesome, some over the top, some just plain. No offence. I finished my tour at the school field. Some outside entrepreneur got permission to set their games here. It was a pool, with big balls that you can sit inside of it. It looks so cool. They even have slides. Even though it looks so childish, but i know in everyone's heart, they have the urge to play in it. People should not be in denial cos people will not judge you for that. Everyone has a child in themselves. To my surprise, the guy in charge offered me to try so that the others will not be afraid to try. I was like, "why not?" i invited nayli to join me, but she is too scared. So lastly i invited kimberly. And she asked bazli to go with her. I bet bazli was happy as anyone can be cos kimberly is one the prettiest girl in the school, so it would be a jackpot to be with her. haha i was in one ball and they were in another ball. When i was on the water, it was hard to actually move the ball cos you are practically on water, and when you try to move the ball forward it goes to the back. Nice -.- so i just sat in the ball and try to move slowly. I can actually hear Kimberly screaming from her ball and i was thinking "how does bazli stand her screams? cos her screams is really loud. but what to do? its a once in a life opportunity" after our time was out, we got out of the ball and the 3 of us were sweating. i enjoyed it actually. But back to reality, im so dead.
I was supposed to pick up the fried noodles and canned drinks from my mom, but i was busy playing in a ball. So i gave my phone to lydia so that she could help me. When i was out from the ball i went to the class' stall and found out from lydia and zharfan that my mom was mad at me. They were like prettified. haha i said to them, its alright. Then without wearing back my shoes, i started to help them both to sell out goodies. Accompanying us was the music! While we were selling, I was dancing. haha Even amir was dancing too! The others were selling food around the school and left the stall to the 3 of us. It was hectic, with people asking what's the price, what do we have. It was a lot of work. But we enjoyed it. I had the longest shift. Lydia left me cos nayli asked her to follow her. And then zharfan left me. -.- but i don't take it to heart. i was tired. Then my classmates who is in charge for the next shift came. So i just sat at the field wondering where the heck is bazli cos he's holding my camera. I've asked him to take pictures of the carnival, and i found pictures of his friends. -.- seriously, never give your camera to him, and he doesn't know how to take pictures. Doesn't he have a camera at home? So i just sat there till aisyah found me. And i suggested to her to play the balls. She went for it. The ball was freaking hot! If i was in there for a few hours, a lot of fats can be flushed out. :P
After i found lydia nayi n mikail. They're lost again. So i hang out with nurisya and played with her iPod. Man, she is so lucky. She's pretty, smart and kind of rich. Perfect! She looks like Amanda Seyfried. If only she was blonde XD Then she needs to go somewhere so i just walk around the school like some idiot. Lastly, i've found the trios. Nayli suggested to play water, so we played and got ourselves wet. Which is good, i need to the coolness from the water. After that, we went back to the stalls and found out that our food have sold out! :D so i started to clean up cos i just can't take it anymore, im too tired. I packed up and head home with lydia n mikail. my legs were killing me that time. When we got home, our bodies were so weak that we can't even lift ourselves. Then after a few minutes, both of us took a nap. I was awake by the sound of my dad's voice saying that my phone has rang for a few times. it was nayli asking what time are we coming to amir's open house. So we got up and have a bath and got our way to his house.
We reached there in time. Amir invited us in to eat. We just kept eating and huda yasmin came. So we talked. After we ate, we went inside for a tour. (mostly for lydia cos its her 1st time) We end our tour in his room. His room is a very nice green with a small bed and a table with speakers. After a few minutes, the room was crowded with everyone that amir invited. We tried on his Beats headphones, listened to songs, took pictures and lydia was arguing with bazli. As always. Then my dad called and say that its time to go home. After sending nayli, we got home and i got the scolding that i deserved. haha after maghrib, lydia went back with a high fever. Both of us have guessed it. One thing, i was FREAKING DAMN TIRED!
Overall the event at school was an event like never before. Yeah, probably cos it is the first time they've did it. We've been lucky to be part of it. Hope next year they will held this type of event again. It gives you an experience of entrepreurship that teaches you that selling takes a lot of work. But i enjoyed it, and i hope the others do too. Even though our class didn't win, we sold out and that is the best prize that anyone could have wished. Thanks to my classmates who have helped. Hope we can be doing this thing again together next year!
